By enrolling your child in Acton Academy McKinney, you acknowledge that you are aware that Acton Academy and its contracted staff may use, post, edit, and publish photos, illustrations, original creations, video or other media containing or created in any publication or storage area intended for use by Acton Academy McKinney without seeking additional permissions or compensation. I understand that I, the legal guardian of the child listed above, am responsible for the education of my child. I understand that I may withdraw my child at any time if I become dissatisfied, but that I, may not sue Acton Academy McKinney or their staff for any reason other than criminal behavior. In consideration of the benefits of the program provided by Acton Academy McKinney for my child, I intending to be legally bound, do hereby waive claim and release to Acton Academy McKinney, Owners and Contracting Staff for claim or liability for any injury, or accident occurring or arising from the program or incidental sponsored activities.

I voluntarily agree to assume the risks and accept responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself, including, but not limited to personal injury, disability, and death, illness, damage, loss, or expense of any kind that my child(ren) or I may experience connected to participation at the school. On my behalf and behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge or hold harmless Acton Academy McKinney, its owners, contractors, agents, or any representative of the company, from any claims, actions, damages, and expenses of any kind and agree that this release includes any claims based on actions, omissions, or perceived negligence of Acton Academy McKinney, its employees, agents, or representatives, other than recklessness. I further indemnify Acton Academy McKinney, and agree to hold Acton Academy McKinney harmless, from any claim by any other learner or parent or contractor or owner of Acton Academy McKinney arising from or related to an allegation of negligence or intentional conduct on the part of myself or my child.
